Leveraging Online Postdoc Programming and Resources - Fall 2024

The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs recognizes that many Virginia Tech postdocs work outside Blacksburg. The office holds most of its career and professional development events virtually and provides all postdocs access to a variety of online resources to aid in their career and professional development regardless of geographic location.

In this webinar, postdoctoral affairs program administrator Chris Smith will provide a refresher of the online resources and tools available to postdocs at Virginia Tech. Attendees will also hear from postdocs who work primarily outside Blacksburg about how they leverage online tools and programs to aid them in their development.

Any Virginia Tech postdoc, including those working in Blacksburg, could benefit from this presentation and a reminder of the many programs and resources available to them through the university and beyond.
