Samantha Bowling joined the Human Research Protection Program as a protocol coordinator in August 2019.
Background
She came to Virginia Tech from AdventHealth with five years of Institutional Review Board and Human Research Protection Program experience. Bowling worked for twelve years prior in various research roles, including laboratory manager and research data management specialist.
Education
Bowling is a certified IRB Professional, and holds a master’s degree in psychology with a specialty in neuroscience from Northern Illinois University.
