National Science Foundation Research Traineeship Info Webinar
The U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) Research Traineeship (NRT) is one of the agency's signature collaborative programs. Dedicated to effective training of STEM graduate students in high priority interdisciplinary research areas, this program integrates convergent research, innovative educational approaches, workforce development, and public and private partnerships to transform STEM graduate education. The complexity of this program introduces unique challenges into the application process — but also establishes a strong foundation for even more substantial center-scale programs.
This Research Development Series seminar will provide a roadmap for assembling a competitive NRT application, including firsthand insight into how to convince reviewers that a proposed program will be effective, sustainable, and impactful.
