Institutional Biosafety Committee Meeting Schedule

2024 Tentative Meeting Dates

(Typically the second Tuesday of each month, 2-5 p.m.)

If your submission needs to be reviewed at an Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) meeting, the completed submission (protocol or amendment) must be submitted on or before the listed deadline.

* This meeting will fall on the third Tuesday, and will be held by Zoom only.

** This meeting will fall on the first Tuesday.

*** In-person location will be in North End Center room 2470.

As of August 2022, the IBC will be meeting in person, but will also have a Zoom attendance option.  To attend the meeting via Zoom, please contact the IBC Administrator (ibc@vt.edu) for the Zoom information.  The location information to attend a meeting in person is listed below.

Parking is available in the connected garage.  The garage can be accessed with a F/S parking permit, or individuals can pay an hourly rate to park in the garage.  Virginia Tech employees and students cannot use a chaser ticket to exit the garage.
